A church minister by background, I'm a lifelong spiritual journeyer and seeker. After years of wondering why I didn't fit in (and didn't particularly want to) I discovered my calling as a radical introvert - a thorough, complete and total introvert. I'm now exploring what it is to be quiet in a world full of noise + what is possible if I let myself embrace being a modern contemplative.
I started this blog because maybe you are exploring this too + will find this space to be an oasis - a quiet place for your own contemplations.

With two daughters grown and at university, I live near a beaver pond in Ontario, Canada with my partner Whit and my cat Rudy. How Canadian is that?!
